The latter includes helping our customers how to work with products purchased from us, or even products purchased elsewhere for which a service contract has been agreed.

Our Support Hotline is available during the following hours:

Monday till Friday: from 01:00 PM till 06:00 PM
Saturday: from 01:00 PM till 05:00 PM
Sunday: no telephone support. For urgent matters you may still send an e-mail

Optivoks Remote Support:
On top of our ‘normal’ support, as a privileged customer you may make use of our online live assistance.

Prerequisites:
– An Optivoks PC with an active Remote Support subscription. Contact us if you don’t have one.
– A fast Internet connection (preferably cable modem)
– You are in front of your PC and in contact with us via telephone

If the aforementioned is accomplished, then choose from one of the following options:
